Ana is specialized in civil law, administrative law and public procurement, having advised clients in complex matters from urban planning and contractual arrangements to the right to image.

Ana has also gained significant expertise and in-depth knowledge on corporate and commercial matters an M&A deals by assisting local and international prominent clients in transactions across a wide array of industries including real estate, farming and agriculture.

Ana holds an LLM in European Law from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom.

Prior to joining the firm, Ana was an associate for more than 10 years with Tuca, Zbarcea & Associates.
