Siranuș is highly skilled in the carrying-out of due-diligence exercises and the drafting of due-diligence reports and transaction-substantiating documents.

In addition, Siranuș has extensive knowledge of the banking and finance field and experience with the negotiations of various types of credit facilities and reserve-based landing, including related security-package and enforcement matters.

Prior to joining us, Siranus worked for Musat & Associates and for Popovici, Nitu, Stoica & Associates.

With over 40 years of experience in the Romanian oil and gas industry and 27 years promoting inward investment, Emilian was one of top advisers on complex Romanian energy and natural resources matters.

Emilian contributed to several major privatizations and energy projects, successfully closing deals for major corporations and private investors. He participated in the specialist team drafting the first major Romanian law regulating foreign investment, investments in petroleum exploration and production, and private-sector development in the country.

He was also involved in the promotion of significant amendments to the initial draft of the Petroleum Law prepared by the Romanian Government designed to align Romanian law with international standards. Emilian was the drafter of the Model Petroleum Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement in Romania, a significant part of which is still used today by Romania’s National Agency for Mineral Resources.

He is sorely missed.

She also advises on all aspects of ESG requirements and related law.

Oana routinely advises clients on complicated and strategic matters involving C-suite decision making and is recognized by clients and peers alike for the quality and practicality of her advice.

Oana has assisted clients with an array of green and brown field projects and has advised many foreign and local investors on matters related to their business in Romania, assisting them both on day-to-day corporate matters and on complex issues related to business development and investment.

Due to her exceptional legal and advocacy expertise, Oana has been the Chairman of the General Legislation Subject Matter Experts Group of The Romanian Black Sea Titleholders Association (RBSTA) since 2012 and until RBSTA’s dissolution in 2021 and has been acting since early 2022 as Chairman of the Offshore Committee of The Oil & Gas Employers Association (FPPG). 

In June 2023, Oana has been elected as Member of the Council of The Association of Romanian Bars (UNBR) for a mandate of 4 years.
