Ioana is part of the Ijdelea & Associates team assisting clients with – and, where necessary, representing them in – IP/patent, employment, general corporate, administrative, and public law matters.

She is particularly experienced in intellectual property law – with a specific focus on trademarks – and regularly works on essential projects involving intellectual-property rights and running in-depth due diligence projects in both corporate and litigation matters.

Ioana also assists the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources practice group.
