Robert, who is part of Ijdelea & Associates’ Energy and Natural Resources practice group, specializes in corporate and commercial law and in energy and natural-resources matters.

He supports both local and international clients and offers guidance on corporate and energy-regulatory matters and day-to-day business operations.
Additionally, Robert conducts skillful due-diligence projects related to the acquisition and development of photovoltaic and wind projects and the acquisition of stakes in targeted companies.

He also assists the firm’s M&A and Real Estate and Construction practice groups.

Prior to joining us, Robert worked for Țuca Zbârcea & Associates.
