Luiza is a key member of Ijdelea & Associates’ Corporate and Commercial, M&A, Real Estate and Construction, Asset Management, and Project Finance practices, where she assists clients with a wide variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions and disposals of real estate, commercial-leasing and property-management matters, investments in and development of real estate and infrastructure projects, real estate finance matters, and corporate acquisitions and sales (and related financing issues).

She also assists the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources practice group.
