Ioana is on the Ijdelea & Associates team assisting clients with – and, where necessary, representing them in – IP/patent, employment, general-corporate, administrative, and public-law matters.

She is particularly experienced in intellectual property law, with a specific focus on trademarks, and she regularly works on challenging projects involving intellectual-property rights and runs in-depth due-diligence projects in both corporate and litigation matters.

Ioana also assists the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources practice group.
