Cosmin is a well-rounded lawyer, with a wealth of experience in both consultancy and dispute resolution cases. With a career spanning over more than 16 years, Cosmin has acted as attorney-at-law in some of Romania’s top law firms as well as legal counsel for two of the most important Romanian groups of companies active in the field of energy, constructions and telecommunications infrastructure.

Cosmin is highly qualified in counselling large Romanian and international companies on commercial matters, reviewing and negotiating contracts, competition compliance, intellectual property, M&A processes, as well as assisting and representing major clients before courts and authorities.

His knowledge and experience in overseeing the life of a contract from scratch and up to its conclusion, including potential termination-related disputes, provide a 360 vision which goes hand in hand with Cosmin’s business-oriented trait, thus delivering an integrated and constructive approach to the client’s projects.

Cosmin holds a LLM in IP and Competition Law from the London School of Economics, England, United Kingdom.
