Ana specializes in civil and administrative law and public-procurement matters, and she regularly advises clients on complex matters ranging from urban planning and contractual arrangements to the right to image.

Ana has also gained significant experience with and in-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial matters and M&A deals by assisting prominent local and international clients in transactions involving a wide array of industries, including real estate and agriculture.

Ana holds an LLM in European Law from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom.

Prior to joining the firm, Ana was an associate for more than ten years with Tuca, Zbarcea & Associates.
